For those who are just checking out foster care or considering getting started, MAKE ROOM: Become an SC Foster Parent may be the perfect event for you! Hear from current foster parents and individuals with lived experience in foster care. There is no doubt that you will be inspired by their stories to learn more about what your role could be… whether that is taking next steps to become a foster parent or finding other ways to provide love, support, and healing to children and youth in care. Hosted by Director of Care2Foster and the SC DSS Foster Parent Liaisons, you have two opportunities to learn more. You can attend one or both!
