Life Support Mentoring

Event Details

Youth in foster care often lack consistent relationships. They may struggle academically, developmentally, and relationally. Mentors provide ongoing emotional support and guidance to youth in foster care through our Life Support® program. Mentors commit to visiting a youth in foster care twice per month. They actively listen to hopes, fears and dreams, and become an important part of the child’s journey toward better outcomes.

Mentors must be at least 21 years of age, and pass a national background check and risk assessment.

This is a two-part, interactive training. Please sign up for both sessions. This sign up is for the second session, specifically.
